Because all Etch Tailor items are personalized and engraved upon order, we have a strict NO return(s) or refund(s) policy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. In accordance with our shipping policy, Etch Tailor Ltd. accepts NO liability for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the wrong product or a defective product was shipped at the fault of the Etch Tailor workshop, we may, at our sole discretion, offer to provide a replacement item at no additional cost, or may offer to provide an alternate solution, as we see fit. Please contact workshop@etchtailor.com if you believe your item was made defective or if you received the wrong item (include details and photographs if possible) so that we may evaluate the issue.
